By playing Daily Dino Dig you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The game is not directed to children under 13.
Accounts
Accounts are optional. Keep your sign-in secure, and don't use an offensive display name or impersonate anyone. You can delete your account any time in the app.
In-game items
Gold (bought or earned), dinos and cosmetics have no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred or redeemed, and we may change or reset them at any time.
Buying gold
- Stripe sells gold packs through Link as merchant of record (reseller), under Link's terms. Taxes may be added at checkout.
- Purchases are final except where the law or Stripe's refund policy requires a refund. Charged but no gold? Email support@dailydinodig.com.
- Refunds and chargebacks remove that gold, even if your balance goes negative.
- Deleting your account forfeits all its gold, bought or earned.
Fair play
No cheating, exploiting bugs, bots or automation, and no attacking or abusing the game or its sign-in.
Termination
We may suspend accounts or reset items if these rules are broken. You can stop playing at any time.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages or for lost progress or items. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for gold in the past 12 months.
Changes, law and contact
If we update these Terms, we'll change the date above. Continuing to play means you accept the update. These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. Contact: support@dailydinodig.com.
